Splinter Meeting & Workshop Request

For Splinter Meetings or Workshops organized by participants during the course of the conference, 08 – 12 September 2014 (Monday to Friday), we have reserved rooms free of charge for the Splinter Meeting/Workshop organizer(s). Splinter meetings and the respective rooms are not available for booking as an extension of a session.

Each room is equipped with a computer and projector.

Please note that every participant of a Splinter Meeting must be registered for the EPSC2014.

Please indicate your time-block preference. Please note that when allocating rooms, formal sessions have priority over splinter meetings / workshops. The meeting rooms can be reserved for the following time blocks, whereby max. 2 successive time blocks can be blocked per Splinter Meeting/Workshop:

Your request will be reviewed by the Scientific Organizing Committee and you will be informed by email. Although splinter meetings can be booked until 01 September 2014, please note that only those booked prior to 31 July 2014 will appear in the Program Book and the USB flash drive program.
